How to Buy
Our Box Office has several methods of booking and payment available, tickets may be purchased:
Tickets may be purchased in person from our Box Office situated on the South Stand side of the Stadium.
Normal Box Office Opening Hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday Home Matchday: 9am – Halftime (in person); 9am – 1.30pm (telephone) and for 10 mins after final whistle
Saturday non Matchday: 9am – 2pm
Please check www.sufc.co.uk for ad hoc opening hours during public holiday periods.
Please note that unfortunately we are no longer able to accept cheques as a method of payment.
Tickets can be purchased via our direct ordering line using all major debit and credit cards. A £1 booking fee per ticket is charged
Tickets may also be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A £1 booking fee per ticket is charged
Tickets will be posted out until 2 days before the match, after this they will be held for collection.
Our Ticket Collection Point opens 2 hours before kick off on match day. Customers will be asked to produce their booking reference number and debit/credit card with which the transaction has been made.
Concessionary tickets will be available in all areas of the ground to supporters who fall into the following categories:
Seniors aged 60 or over
Juniors under 18
Young Adults under 22
Students in full time education, on production of a valid Student Card (Not available online)
Disabled persons, upon production of the relevant DLA proof (Not available online)

John Street Family Stand/Pukka Pie Family Corner
These stands are designated family areas and only adults with an accompanying junior are permitted.
A maximum ratio of 2 adults to 1 child is allowed.
For individual match tickets the club will refund the full cost of the ticket providing the ticket is returned prior to kick off.
Tickets returned after kick off will not be refunded or exchanged.
Abandoned Football League Games:
If a game is abandoned after spectators have entered the ground but before kick off, ticket holders are entitled to free admission to the rearranged fixture.
If a game is abandoned after kick off spectators are entitled to half price admission to the rearranged fixture.
Sheffield United operates a membership scheme, including Junior Blades membership, which allows members to purchase match tickets at reduced rate.
2019/20 Membership Terms and Conditions
1. The purchasing of a membership does not guarantee tickets for home or away games. 2. A specific amount of loyalty points may also be required in order to purchase tickets for high profile home/away matches. Please check www.sufc.co.uk for up to date ticket information and allocations for individual matches. 3. Birthdays will be on the big screen at a home fixture in the month or closest month to the Junior Members birthday. 4. Sheffield United reserves the right to withdraw membership salesand amend any pricing structure at any given time during the football season. 5. Memberships are non-refundable.
From time to time the Club may receive a restricted allocation of tickets for its away matches where it believes demand will exceed supply.
In this instance the Loyalty Points Scheme will be used to allocate tickets to season ticket holders and members first. The Club will advise supporters through the web site and match programme on the priority policy for the match in question. Tickets may be limited to a specific number per person.
Restricted View Seating
The club will detail on match tickets those seats that have a restricted view. These seats will only be sold when no others are available.
